The New Alliance International University (NAIU) offers honorary degrees to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to their fields or communities. These honorary degrees are awarded to celebrate achievements in various areas, including education, leadership, social impact, and innovation. The process and conditions for receiving an honorary degree from NAIU are outlined below:

Eligibility: Candidates must demonstrate outstanding contributions to their profession, community, or society at large. This may include accomplishments in academia, leadership roles, philanthropic efforts, or significant innovations that have positively impacted others.

Nomination and Application: Individuals can be nominated by a third party or apply directly for an honorary degree. The nomination/application must include a detailed resume, a statement of achievements, and relevant supporting documents.

Review and Approval: The NAIU Honorary Degree Committee will review all applications and nominations. The committee evaluates the candidate’s accomplishments, ethical standards, and impact on their field or community.

Awarding of the Degree: Upon approval, the recipient will be notified and invited to a formal ceremony to receive the honorary degree. If a ceremony is not possible, the degree can be sent to the recipient’s address.

Payment: There is an administrative fee of $500 USD for processing and issuing an honorary degree. This fee covers the cost of reviewing the application, preparing the degree certificate, and other administrative expenses. Payment must be made upon approval of the honorary degree. By awarding honorary degrees, NAIU aims to recognize and celebrate individuals who have made a lasting impact in their fields and inspire others to achieve excellence in their pursuits.
